**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Program and Transactional Business Manager is responsible for the LTP and PDM supporting the region's open market in SD. Primarily responsible for processes such as LOA, market level pricing, competitiveness, regional strategy, business initiatives, technical offerings, etc., supporting the regional sales and marketing team to achieve SD sales targets.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for Long Term Programs marketing and negotiations.
- Responsible for leading the team of Product Development Managers (PDM) for AGT, MGT, SGT and CP, within the LA region.
- Leading Monthly, quarterly, and yearly Product Lines reviews.
- Support and Review of opportunities in each subregion through a selectivity process to determine bid strategy and technical solution.
- Responsible for Leading LOA process for Open Market and Long-Term Programs.
- Main point of contact for each Product Line for any topic within the region, especially on topics such as market level pricing, competitiveness, regional strategy, initiatives etc.
- Responsible for reviewing the forecast and pipeline of each sub-region and ensure coordination between PDMs and Client managers.
- Responsible for promoting and challenging the sub-regions with growth initiatives and key parts of the portfolio.
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

**What You Bring**
- University Degree in Engineering
- Professional Experience (#15+ years) in relevant experience
- Technical Knowledge Generation and Oil & Gas Market preferably
- English (Advanced to the level of professional work competence)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time.
- Strong in Leadership Skills as Relationship building, adaptability, employee motivation and decision - making.
- Extensive commercial development experience including contract and negotiation experience.
- Proven marketing success in the oil and gas, power generation, or energy service industry
- Prior regional customer knowledge and dealing
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills

In our Business Area of Gas Services, we offer comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries comprising rotating equipment, electrification, and solutions for Subsea business.

In services we are focused on the after-sales market services of more than 50 brands acquired over time

In services, the customer comes first and is key to understanding market trends and knowing the differentiators from others, our goal is that when the customer thinks of turbomachinery services, they think of Siemens Energy

In the division of Gas Services, we are responsible for ensure best degree of effectiveness to meet customer demands, work closely with the Product Developer Managers and Client Managers as well as with the Latin America team and Factories worldwide to meet the agreed targets and detection of the opportunity to the closing of the contract, having to be involved in the entire process with each customer.

The Program and Transactional Business Manager is responsible for supporting the aftermarket sales strategy for the region, including all elements of the turbomachinery spare parts portfolio, spare engines, repair and overhaul, upgrades and long-term service programs for the region for the open market and public customers.
