**About Domum Real Estate**

Bulltick manages a real estate fund of funds, Domum Real Estate Fund I, launched in October 2020 that is currently fully committed. Approx 86% of the fund is in the U.S. and the rest is invested in Spain. The fund is 53% value-add, 33% development, and 14% core. Approx. 62% is invested in multifamily. Bulltick is currently launching Domum Real Estate Fund II, which will have a similar strategy to the first fund.

We are looking for an Analyst capable of analyzing and performing due diligence on potential investments, preparing internal approval memos and documentation for investments, monitoring investments, as well as helping to prepare quarterly reports. The Analyst would additionally support fundraising activities for Domum Real Estate Fund II - modeling, presentations, etc. As we are a small but dynamic team, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail oriented, flexible and has a strong desire to contribute in any part of the organization where there are opportunities to develop new projects and improve processes. However, the main focus of the analyst will be in-depth financial analysis and generation of internal and external information memos and investment briefs.

**Responsibilities**

Specifically, the work of the Analyst includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Extensive analysis of business models, with a focus on financial aspects
- Creation and validation of financial models and statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) including historical and future valuations with the goal to evaluate the financial viability of investments for external investors and showing economics of Domum Real Estate Fund I and II.
- Creation and development of internal Investment Memos and investment briefs including identifying main risks and mitigants of investments.
- Valuation Analysis including comparable analysis.
- Term sheet Analysis and modeling of proposed investment terms
- Quarterly calculation of NAV’s and IRR
- Performing portfolio monitoring of fund investments.
- Preparing portfolio updates for investors of the fund including preparing quarterly investor reports.
- Coordinating with third-party fund administrator on capital calls, distributions and investor statements
- Calculating waterfalls for Domum investments
- General support for capital raise process
- Manage communication with clients and promoters.
- Create external investment materials including investment briefs, marketing materials, PPM and other marketing materials.
- Manage data room for investors, prepare materials for quarterly investor calls and presentations.
- Perform KYC and compliance checks on investment and investors working with compliance team.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking, private equity / VC fund, or other relevant roles). Having experience in real estate is an advantage.
- Strong risk analysis and credit skills.
- Experience structuring deals to minimize risk and maximize return.
- Deep experience writing investment memos, investment briefs and internal approval materials. Experience preparing materials for investors a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Extensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, with extensive experience in financial modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- SIE, Series 99 and/or Series 7 an advantage.
- Ability to travel once a month.
- Understanding of the key concepts of real estate and alternative investments.
