**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Ciénega de Flores, NLE at GR Consulting. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HR processes, HR administration tasks, and providing support for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners. The tasks include, but are not limited to:Supporting the administration of the HR policies and procedures
Providing assistance and support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and HR systems
Working with HR Business Partners on HR projects related to employee engagement, talent management, and performance management
Assisting HR Business Partners in deploying HR programs and initiatives, e.g. Rewards & Recognition program, Performance Leadership Development program, etc.
Assisting in the recruitment process of new employees
Managing employee data and HR files

**Qualifications**

Experience with HR Management, HR administration and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HR systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Solid understanding of employee relations and HR processes
Proactive and detail-oriented individual
Fluent in Spanish and English
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
