Propósito del trabajo

Supervisar las operaciones y recursos para gestionar los recursos humanos, materiales y equipos del almacén, para el cumplimiento del plan de producción, asegurando el inventario correcto en E1, brindando el apoyo necesario a las áreas productivas.

Principales responsabilidades
- Líder del programa de seguridad, reportar y detener condiciones y actos inseguros, seguimiento de cierre de los reportes de seguridad, informe diario seguribic y dias sin accidentes, programar a personal para asistencia semanal STOP grupal, participación del equipo a levantamiento de observaciones de seguridad
- Supervisión de recursos necesarios para la operación diaria ( Personal, equipos, herramientas y materiales) y liderazgo de junta diaria de almacén.
- Recepción y planeación de requerimientos semanales de materiales para producción, validar inventario disponible de E1 (ubicaciones de almacén planta 1) vs requerimiento, planeación de necesidades de embarque de DICKA a almacén planta 1, programación de embarque diarios,
- Planear las necesidades de unidades diarias para los envíos de producto terminado a planta 2, validando documentación del total de tarimas embarcadas, numero de ítem, cantidades y destino. Asegurando la transferencia en sistema E1 para evitar diferencias de inventario.
- Requerimientos semanales a maquiladores, Aviso a maquiladores / DICKA de preparación de materiales, revisión de existencias inventario Almacen planta 1 para preparación, programación de unidad para embarque por ruta.
- Monitorear plan de embarques diario, seguimiento con proveedores y operadores de transporte
- Autorización de rutas diarias, revisar folios completos por ruta, firmas de entrega, para autorizar y registra monto del servicio, revisión de concentrado para autorización de OR semanal para pago de transporte
- Supervisión de flujo de materiales para producción (Surtido, Recibo y retiro de devoluciones), validando diario el plan de producción y supervisando al equipo de trabajo Almacenistas, emplayadores.
- Atención a proveedores BIC, seguimiento a solicitudes de pagos pendientes por servicios o bienes entregados del registro de recibo de facturas.
- Cargar estructuras de PT y perfiles nuevos en E1 enviados por correo por equipo de planeadores, costos
- Generación de OR (ordenes de requisición), Almacenaje dicka, renta montacargas, requerimientos insumos almacén (papelería, compras mantenimientos instalaciones y equipos),
- Asegurar los níveles de inventarios a un 99.9%, por cuplimiento del programa de inventarios ciclicos, ejecucion de inventario anual, Registrando en los formatos de ajustes ciclicos los resultados para autorización por firma de acuerdo a monto
- Realizar compra-venta de materiales entre NSF vs ICSA en E1, a solicitudes de asistente producción y planeación
- Supervisión de equipo de trabajo y gestión de sistema TIMEBLOCK por solicitudes del personal de vacaciones, permisos, tiempo extra, cambios de turno e incidencias.
- Supervisión al personal de nuevo ingreso (Pruebas de montacargas, capacitaciones y entrenamientos)
- Participación en programa de calidad, medio ambiente y mejora continua, para garantizar el cumplimiento a normas y auditorias de las certificaciones de la planta.
- Seguimiento a reuniones programadas y repuesta de correos electronicos.

Conocimientos, habilidades y experiência

**Cualificación mínima requerida**:
Bachillerato, Licenciatura Trunca

**Conocimiento / experiência requerida más allá de la calificación mínima**:
Gestión de operaciones de almacén, en recibo, surtido a lineas de producción control de inventarios experiência 5 años, Manejo de personal 3 años experiência,, Manejo de sistemas ERP (Deseable JDE E1),, Manejo de PC ( Paqueteria microsoft office) Conocimiento montacargas
