As a warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the stages of the warehouse process, such as receiving, inventorying, packing, loading, and shipping our products. You will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient distribution operation. This position reports to the warehouse leader.

**Main Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reception, storage and assortment of materials, complying with the procedures of each of the areas efficiently, ensuring a safe, quality and on-time service.
- You will be responsible for correctly managing material inventories through cyclical inventories, reviewing the revenues of physical raw material vs system and assortment to production correctly both physically and systematically.
- You will be responsible for analyzing the results of the indicators in the area and, depending on their behavior, taking corrective or preventive actions that help meet the established goals.
- You will be responsible for measuring and reporting efficiency in the different areas of warehouse and employee performance, in order to implement strategies and improvements that allow us to meet your objectives.

**Q**ualifications***
- Bachelor's degree/Industrial Engineering, logistics or similar.
- Experience in manufacturing companies is indispensable.
- 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Inventory expertise.
- Knowledge of Oracle, WMS or similar.
- Experience in managing unionized personnel.
