**Team **overview **and **job **responsibilities**

Estamos en busca de un **Ingeniero de Producto **para **unirse a nuestro **Equipo de **R&D **. Con base en **Planta Tetla **/ **Tlaxcala **-Mexico ; será responsable de g enerar el diseño y desarrollo técnico de los productos de la Planta, mediante la interacción con el cliente para conocer sus requerimientos del producto, para lograr cumplir o exceder sus necesidades.

**Job **responsibilities**
- Desarrollar el diseño de los productos que se fabricarán, determinando las especificaciones técnicas de referencia y los materiales y procesos involucrados y asignando los códigos respectivos a producto en proceso y producto terminado, para que la producción en línea pueda iniciarse.
- Determinar los insumos y procesos que se requieren para la fabricación de un producto nuevo, mediante el análisis de factibilidad y asignando los códigos respectivos a producto en proceso y producto terminado, para que dicho producto pueda ser cotizado al cliente.
- Asegurar que los materiales que se utilizarán en la producción cumplan las especificaciones técnicas y de calidad definidas, seleccionando los insumos y proveedores que satisfacen los requerimientos que el cable deberá poseer, para contar con un catálogo de proveedores autorizados.
- Asegurar que se cumpla tanto en la fabricación como en la cotización con las normas y especificaciones técnicas provenientes de clientes, proveedores, organismos de certificación y gubernamentales, controlando y resguardando su contenido y aplicándolas y comunicándolas a las Áreas involucradas para su cumplimiento.

- Office, especialmente Excel y Mfg -Pro
- Software: Minitab y Project Manager.
- ISO 9000 y 14000.
- Interpretación de normas y especificaciones de manufactura
- Manejo de herramientas estadísticas.
- Conocimientos en Lean manufacturing y Six Sigma
- Proactiv o (a)
