Your task will be:

- Leadership of the quality team
- Ensure the growth and development of your work team
- Maintain updated control plans, quality alerts and visual process aids.
- Containment monitoring
- Monitoring of IPPM indicators
- 8D's
- Protect processes from any quality problem generated in production processes.
- Maintain quality documents and records in optimal information conditions.
- Supervise the activities of quality auditors and quality inspectors.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Finished professional career
- Knowledge of Mig welding and projection welding.
- Knowledge of assembly processes.
- Knowledge of CQI-15
- Knowledge of the main tools.
- Basic knowledge in GD&T
- Knowledge of welding criteria.
- Knowledge of cutting and engraving
- Staff Administration
- Knowledge in 8d
- Use of problem solving tools.
