Habilidades Avanzadas de Scrum Master en Zapopan, Jalisco

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar eficazmente el proceso Scrum y facilitar todas las ceremonias de Scrum.
- Colaborar estrechamente con las partes externas, incluido el liderazgo empresarial, proveedores y PYME en otras áreas, para garantizar la alineación y el éxito del proyecto.
- Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo, creativo y centrado en el equipo, fomentando la innovación y el pensamiento fuera de la caja.
- Administrar y gestionar proyectos de principio a fin, con un enfoque en la comunicación clara, la gestión de equipos interdisciplinarios y la generación de informes ejecutivos.
- Impulsar resultados tangibles y medibles, manteniendo un enfoque en la entrega de valor para el cliente y la organización.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa como Scrum Master o en roles similares.
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación con partes externas.
- Excelente trabajo en equipo, creatividad y pensamiento innovador.
- Experiência en administración y gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en inglés, nível intermedio-avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Zapopan Jalisco
