Radian Generation is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing sales contracts for Radian Generation’s products and services. The Contracts Administrator will work closely with our business development team to ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This is a hybrid role that will require employees to report to the Guadalajara office at least 2 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and manage sales contracts for renewable energy products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all contracts and scopes of work follow company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure that both parties fulfill their obligations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and records.
- Provide support to business development in the drafting and review of contracts, scopes of work, and other documents.
- Ensure that all contract-related documents are properly filed and archived.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
- Assure that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract and scopes of work.
- Generate, maintain, and audit a central contract-resource file. Ensure that necessary procedural controls exist.
- Assure alignment between proposals and contracts for all business lines.
- Lead legal process for contract renewals.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in sales contracts for renewable energy products and services.
- Experience in contract management software, such as Salesforce.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and project management teams.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Experience working with a U.S company is highly preferred.

Required Qualification & Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Must be proficient in written and verbal English language.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate contract terms and conditions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and market trends.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to renewable energy contracts, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs) and net metering agreements.
