SYNLAB México está en busca de un talentoso y experimentado Sr. Sales Executive para unirse a nuestro equipo en el sector de la salud.El Sr. Sales Executive será responsable de planificar, gestionar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección para encontrar nuevos clientes, con el objetivo de expandir nuestro negocio y promocionar nuevos productos. Además, será responsable de establecer estrategias que nos permitan alcanzar los KPIs de la región, como volumen, ingresos y rentabilidad, así como de gestionar el embudo de ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura concluida en áreas Económico-Administrativas o afines,
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en ventas, preferentemente en el sector de la salud (Farma-Laboratorios)
- Conocimiento en el proceso para gestión de ventas
- Liderazgo y la capacidad para motivar y guiar a tu equipo hacia el éxito.
- Experiência en empresas trasnacionales con H.C mayor a 350

Buscamos a alguien con agilidad para capturar oportunidades y que sea hábil en la negociación, incluso en situaciones difíciles con grupos internos o externos. También necesitamos a alguien que sepa escuchar y comprender las necesidades del cliente, y que pueda gestionar efectivamente su tiempo y recursos para lograr los objetivos establecidos.

Funciones:

- Maximizar el crecimiento de la región (número de clientes como de volumen procesado y rentabilidad)
- Establecer y dar seguimiento a las relaciones comerciales sólidas propias que fomenten el crecimiento y expansión de los clientes en nuestra cartera asignada.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias permitan maximizar el potencial de crecimiento. Prospección individual
- Venta Cruzadas y desarrollo de clientes
- Presentar la propuesta de soluciones a potenciales clientes, contribuir a comunicar la propuesta de valor, negociar las condiciones comerciales y validar que el personal a cargo lo realice.
- Cerrar el contrato y contribuir en la puesta en marcha.
- Asegurar la implementación de estrategias de mediano y largo plazo con los clientes, asegurando el desarrollo de una fuerte relación comercial que favorezca el crecimiento del negocio.
