- Provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across multiple, customer based enterprises, including directory and identity management solutions
- The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Windows file services architecture creation and management, global system security and policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives for many large, globally diverse companies

**Key Focus and Objective for Role**:

- Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, Azure and Windows Services for global initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance
- Lead steady state and continuous improvement efforts for Active Directory and Windows Security technologies for multiple, globally diverse customers
- Serve as a top tier escalation point, provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues.
- Review and oversee major changes to the Active Directory design and associated Windows Server settings for multiple customers
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Design, diagnose and administrate GPOs, TRUSTs, SITES AND SERVICES, ADFS, PKI, DNS, DHCP, WINS and DFS
- Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory, and related systems.
- Support integration and authentication projects for 3rd party vendor solutions, SSO, cloud hosting
- Design, implement and test the architecture and design of the global backup and disaster recovery of Active Directory
- Own and lead discussions in customer facing information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate
- Develops relationships with customer, connecting with key business stakeholders and internal account offices
- Liaise between customers and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
