Production Coordinator

**Location**:Gestamp Puebla II, MX, Gestamp Pu**Date**:Feb 20, 2024Coordinador de producción Ensamble y CL

**Role Summary**
Administrar los recursos, materiales y de equipos para el logro de los objetivos (OEE, SCRAP, TPM, Industriales, Calidad, RH, SH&MA) del área de ensambles y corte láser.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analizar (inventarios SAP), gestionar y ejecutar el programa de producción.
- Participar en las diferentes auditorías, metodologías y actividades.
- Generar la información para las juntas operativas y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas y/o preventivas.
- Organizar y generar el rol de turnos de acuerdo a la programación, además de dar seguimiento a las incidencias (vacaciones, permisos, faltas, capacitaciones, etc.).
- Evaluar al personal y dar seguimiento a desempeño.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Soldadura (CQI-15), Spot, MIG/MAG.
- Herramientas de solución de problemas (8 D´s, KPM, 5 porqués).
- Lean manufacturing (5 S´s, Kaizen, Kanban, JIT, TOC, TQM y reingeniería de procesos).
- Proceso de ensambles y/o construcción de carrocerías.
- Análisis y detección de riesgos.

**Knowledge and Education**
- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánico o Sistemas de Producción.

**Work Experience**
- Más de 5 años de experiência como Coordinador de Producción.

**Additional information**
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
