**PLANNER / BUYER**

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Review production schedules.
- Capacity requirement review (capacity model).
- Labor load supervision according to the customer demand.
- Clear to build review.
- Identifies risk factors.
- Data analysis overview.
- Procures goods and services in support the business operations.
- Acts as the communication link between internal customers, suppliers, and external customers.
- Responsible for the procurement of parts and supplies for NPI’s.
- Initiates purchases driven through MRP / ERP (IQMS).
- Monitor purchase price variance and inventory management.
- Addresses and resolves situations such as supply chain shortages.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Maintain efficiency of capacity and customer sizing.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
- Maintain material control and liability.
- Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into IQMS ERP system, including Purchase Order (PO) coverage.
- Ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.
- Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
- Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without additional support.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience (planner/buyer)
- Thorough knowledge of MRP/ERP
- Lead times and complete understanding of the chronological sequence of events (processes) that must occur to build a product.

- Fluent English
- Lean manufacturing knowledge

- Turno de 8 horas
