Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategy & Planning
- Lead vendor reviews to align on performance and ongoing improvements
- Drive KPIs focused on customer SLA & partner performance
- Provide input, recommendations & oversight to partner forecast planning methodology to ensure hub inventory levels are aligned to support existing or new support requirements
- Ensure inventory purchase orders are in place to support scrapped material, new product introductions, and products being discontinued.

Operations
- Lead projects/programs as required to ensure optimal service and cost in line with the service supply chain strategy
- Identify and drive process improvements with partners to improving delivery performance
- Monitor spend against budget and maintain consistent focus on cost reduction and avoidance
- Manage customer escalations for faster resolution and isolate systemic issues requiring change
- Evaluate, determine, and drive action plans required to resolve Supply issues impacting customers; partner with cross-functional teams throughout the process
- Build strong internal/external relationships, lead, and influence at all levels in the organization
- Pro-actively identify and communicate potential escalations to Supply Chain to facilitate early recovery action plans
- Prepare and communicate Supply Chain initiatives/recoveries to internal/external customers
- Deliver daily/weekly KPI reports to management
- Support the wider RMA team by coordinating the planning of NPI and Last-Time-Buy requirements - report, execute and track spend to senior management team

**Requirements**:

- Independent with strong initiative, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to make customer-focused decisions while taking business requirements into consideration
- A Self-starter, capable of “owning” areas of responsibility and involving senior management for necessary issues.
- Flexible work schedule, including after-hours availability

Education/Experience:

- University/College Degree
- 6-8 years in a Supply Chain function, preferably in Order Management/Fulfillment
- Demonstrated project management experience
