This position is the point of contact with the customer and the driver of complaints, process auditing, digitalization and improvements in the area of Quality Molding. He is responsible for setting the quality standards, collaborating with other molding areas to achieve the quality level

**Responsibilities**:
Client coordinator and follow-up of complaints: verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Support internal customers where needed to find root causes and counter actions.

Support in the quality molding operation in order to implement the quality standard improvements when necessary due to local and global projects and propose new ideas due to quality trends.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- ** Education**: Finished Engineering
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in Quality.
- ** Skills**: Proactive, oral and written communication, problem solving, willingness to learn, information management, attention to detail, teamwork, organization, decision making, innovation.

**Knowledge**:

- Basic Quality Tools (FMEA, Control Plan)
- Knowledge of Minitab, Lean, Six Sigma.
- ISO 9001 and desirable as an internal auditor
- Excel, Power Point and advanced Word,
- Knowledge of BI
- Knowledge of SAP
