**Our client**:
A company that is proud to share 30 years of experience in the management of Homeowners Associations, they focus on helping communities to grow by combining industry knowledge, technology, and people-oriented management.
We are looking for a **Receptionist **to support the following activities:
- Answer all phone calls and escalate when needed.
- Answer basic homeowner questions about maintenance, balance, community facilities, etc., and open tickets in Vantaca when needed.
- Maintenance calls, balances, and essential communication. Most calls will be directed to someone else within the company.
- Will enter maintenance requests so the managers can follow up with them.
- Data entry into Vantaca.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday through Friday 11:30 - 20:00 CST MX
Daylight saving in the USA 10:30 - 19:00 CST MX.

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

**Minimum requirements**
- **MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)**:
- High school diploma
- 1 - 2 years of experience in **customer service.**:
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- MS Office (intermediate)
