**About you**:

- Pro-active personality with can do attitude.
- Good experience on setting up omnichannel and live chat etc
- Must be able to configure the communities with available template considering branding and themes.
- Hand on Experience cloud, Experience cloud site builder on case management, knowledge management.
- Good understanding of data security and external site security
- Knows communities’ licenses type and can guide customer on lic

- Understanding of customer support processed and experience cloud.
- Strong Analytical Skill who can measure project success.
- Owning and driving thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities.
- Should be able to Leverage business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans of the enterprise.
- Able to connect well with Business users.
- Should be able to translate the business requirements in logical sprints and writing User stories.
- Should Have deep knowledge of Experience Cloud.
- Should Provide technical recommendations to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards
- Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs
- Exposure of Salesforce Customization.
- Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
