**ANALYST, FINANCE, REPORTING**

**Job Summary**

This position is responsible to perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes of the corporate functions/businesses, including portfolio
Investment reports and ROI analysis, variance analysis of different scenarios, and strategic actions aligned with the department and the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates and analyzes monthly, and annual reports and ensures accounting information has been recorded accurately for Transfer Pricing Compliance
- Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports.
- Tracks KPI´s and prepares financial reports.
- Assists with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understands key business drivers.
- Assists project teams with financial guidance.
- Develops financial projections and build financial models.
- Performs research and analysis as required.
- Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Transfer pricing collecting data for Month end close reconciliation and forecasting.
- Investment portfolio Reports customized as requested.
- Internal Cash flow reports for Treasury decision-making.
- Monthly Reconciliations vs Financial Statements.
- Walk/bridging Items notes or explanations.

**Skills**

The ability to analyze and present complex information in a concise, clear, relevant, and interesting way, ideally supported with an advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skillset.
Highest integrity, strong work ethic, high attention to detail/accuracy, and a successful track record in setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

**Other Skills and Experiences**

+ 5 years’ experience in Finance Analysis. BPO Experience is a plus
English & Spanish proficient
Enterprise resource planning ERP software
Financial analysis software
5+ years of experience within the FP&A department of a Corporate organization desired.
Excellent analytical modeling skills and advanced Microsoft Excell

**Education**

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy BA or any related courses

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
