- Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of regional / global strategies and develop strategic long-term financial and business plans & manage the budgeting process for the area of responsibility.
- Lead the implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits, financial regulatory topics) and manage the correct and timely implementation/ compliance of/ for financial, purchasing and control processes and policies.
- Manage and integrate services delivered to the organization (define processes, agree and track Service Level Agreements [SLAs]) and provide expert advice and financial support to multiple countries.
- Manage Financial performance, monitor business performance against set objectives and take corrective measures, as required.
- Provide well managed and quality financial analysis and technical / analytical support to the business, effective financial critical information and prepare various high level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Drive all LATAM Tax matters (incl. distributor markets) and support tax affairs with focus on tax compliance, transfer pricing and tax reporting
- Drive the capabilities and foster the teamwork as a well integrated sub-component of the Global Tax team to ensure connectivity as actively engaged experts within the Global Pool of Group Tax Experts.

**Minimum requirements**
- CPA and or JD and LL.M. in taxation. M.S. in Taxation a plus
- Experience:7-10 years in tax positions including Big 4 firm (or equivalent) as a manager or senior manager and in-house tax experience of 3-4 year at least as manager with corporate tax experience.
- Inbound experience required. Experience on M&A transactions is mandatory.
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
