¿Que harás?

Es responsable de desarrollar y mantener el plan de manufactura de las líneas de producción (Balanceo, instalación de apoyo visual, toma de tiempos y proporcionar facilidades de trabajo) (El trabajo también puede ser realizado desde casa).

¿Cómo lo harás?
- Revisa SPR (Ordenes de pedidos especiales).
- Revisa los cambios de Ingeniera y su implementacion (ECO).
- Proporciona soporte a los supervisores de producción para la ejecución del plan de producción diario.
- Realiza Estudio de Tiempos y Movimientos
- Balanceo de Lineas
- Diseño de layout
- Responsable de dar seguimiento a los Indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs de Ingenieria)
- Ejecución de proyectos de mejora continua (CI).
- Responsable de revisar el Back log (Detectar restricciones de proceso).
- Encargado de participar en repuestas a quejas de clientes.
- Seguimiento de actividades de JCMS (VSF, DFM,y CI).
- Responsable de proporcionar el Head Count de su área.
- Encargado de completar la ejecución de la meta de proyectos mensuales
- Realizar publicaciones de PFMEA (Análisis de modo de falla).
- Responsable de documentar cada cambio en su línea.
- Actualizar la documentación requerida (Instrucción, ODS, ayuda visual, etc.)
- Responsable de completar los MP de JCMS.
- Otras Responsabilidades que determine su Jefe
- Participar en los entrenamientos asignados según el plan anual de capacitación
- Conservar en buen estado su equipo de computo
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de su área de trabajo (implementando las 5's.)
- Cumplir con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.
- Participar en el cumplimiento aplicando la politica de calidad.
- Seguir las reglas y procedimientos de la empresa.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Ingeniero Industrial, Electromecánico o carrera afín y/o 3 años de experiência.
- Conocimiento de la industria metal y mecánica.
- Conocimiento de la industria metal y mecánica.
- Analítico.
- Solución de conflictos.
- Conocimiento en manufactura esbelta (VSM, JIT).
- Manejo indispensable de AUTO CAD.
- Experiência en implementación de proyectos de producción.
- Administración de recursos.
- Experiência en diseño de estaciones de trabajo ergonómicas.
- Liderazgo.
- Conocimiento en Microsoft Office.
- Ingles 70%
- Capacidad de toma de decisiones en lo que afecte a los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Trabajo en equipo, Responsable, Actitud y Trabajo bajo presión.
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación en todos los níveles.
