**About the team**

The Innovation Organization for LAC (IOLAC) represents the passion for doing new things in new ways from the Latin America and Caribbean region of the SAP world. We believe in the potential of SAP’s transformation business to solve the most pressing challenges of our people and we pursue innovation through the usage of our technologies by our customers and ecosystem. We have the purpose of strengthening the SAP reputation as a Cloud, Digital and Innovative company within our internal teams, our customers and the ecosystem.

**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP Mexico Intern - Digital Innovation Advisory

Location: Mexico City (preferred) or Monterrey

Schedule: 30 HR/Week

Contract Duration: 18 Months

**Expectations & Tasks**

This position will support SAP in the LAC region, focused on promotion and engagement of the Innovation initiatives, internally at SAP and externally in a regional context at SAP, coordinating, planning, and driving the internal communication and marketing activities, as well as being responsible for stimulating interest and driving business development by strategically positioning SAP and it’s AI strategy within net-new-name companies and the Midmarket sector, while also driving SAP curated Startups Ecosystem’s AI solutions and services. **Proactiveness, creativity, teamwork and excellent writing and graphic design skills will be key for a successful execution of this role.**

**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Creation and drive of communication & marketing strategies.
- Control communications metrics using the appropriate tools and KPIs defined.
- Writing, editing, designing, reviewing and sharing content.
- Ensuring internal communication & marketing channels are active, relevant, and aligned with the Innovation strategy.
- Manage and orchestrate communication & marketing vendors and suppliers ensuring quality and speed on deliverables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective AI focused content, campaigns, and promotional activities to attract and engage potential customers.
- Digitally identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, with an emphasis on AI-driven innovations and SAP solutions.
- Develop and implement business strategies targeting AI focused activities within net-new-name companies, including Unicorns, Scaleups and traditional companies.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Education: Currently enrolled in an academic program such as a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Preferred Majors: Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, International Relations, etc.
- Language Skills: Spanish, English (B2+, Preferred C1), Portuguese (Big Plus, but not needed)
- Amazing communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge or Interest in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator)
- Innovative Mindset
- Creative & excited to bring your own ideas
