**Estamos en búsqueda de un Property Trainee para que se una al equipo.**

La posición que estamos buscando es de un **Property Trainee **para participar en proyectos con sede en Querétaro.

Esquema: Medio tiempo. 25 Horas a la semana.

**Objetivo general**:
Apoyar el equipo de Hello Management Querétaro para el óptimo funcionamiento de Hello Rentals y atracción de nuevos clientes a distintas unidades de negocio.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Reporte de propiedades y resumen de reservas.

Control contable de propietarios y propiedades de Hello Rentals

Seguimiento a solicitudes de huéspedes

Coordinación de limpieza, pago de proveedores e insumos.

Seguimiento comercial: seguimiento de prospectos, red de brokers y plataformas comerciales.

Marketing: publicaciones de Marketing sobre nuestras unidades comerciales

**Habilidades Técnicas para el puesto**:

- Software IOS: Específicamente Keynote
- Indispensable MS Office Excel, nível 90%
- Conocimiento deseado sobre sector turismo
- Conocimiento básico contable

**Experiência**:

- Escolaridad 6to semestre de carrera universitaria en adelante
- Deseable: Experiência industria inmobilaria.
- Deseable: Experiência en servicio al cliente
- Deseable: Experiência contabilidad/finanzas
- Deseable: Conocimientos de diseño básicos
