**Especialista Atracción de Talento y Capacitación / Talent Acquisition Support Temporal (para cubrir incapacidad)**
- Objetivo:
Ejecutar los procesos de atracción de talento (reclutamiento, selección, inducción) asegurando la plantilla de personal completa; así como apoyar en el área de recursos humanos y realización de eventos de la planta.
- **Resumen actividades**:
1. Ejecuta el proceso de reclutamiento, selección e inducción, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la empresa.

2. Mantiene y actualiza convenios con universidades y/o instituciones que permitan atraer talento.

3. Acude a Ferias de Empleo, a fin de promocionar vacantes y posicionar la marca de la compañía.

4. Descubre de manera proactiva nuevos métodos de contratación eficaces y se mantiene actualizado sobre las tendencias y las mejores prácticas en el mercado.

5. Proporciona apoyo en las actividades de recursos humanos, en la comunicación interna y eventos (fiesta de fin de año, semana de la familia, juntas de comunicación, etc.).

6. Lleva a cabo el cumplimiento de la política de Atracción de Talento, a fin de garantizar un proceso de gestión y contratación exitoso.

7. Brindaa consultoría al cliente interno para una selección asertiva y efectiva.

8. Trata y negocia con sindicato cobertura de posiciones Sindicalizadas.

9. Cumplimiento de KPIs. Realización de tareas administrativas (análisis de datos, reportes, presentaciones, etc).

10. Cumple con el presupuesto asignado de Reclutamiento y Selección, así como capacitación.

11. Administra los programas de formación y desarrollo.

12. Otorga acompañamiento y seguimiento de los programas de capacitación.

13. Cumplie con los requerimientos y lineamientos solicitados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y Seguridad.

15. Actualiza y da seguimiento a los procedimientos de ISO 45001, 9001, 13485, NOM 241 y COFEPRIS (perfil y descripción de puesto, reclutamiento y selección de personal e Inducción), en la plataforma de la compañía.
- **Requisitos**:
**Escolaridad: Licenciatura en psicología, administración o afín.**

**Experiência: Más de 3 años en Reclutamiento, selección y generando onboarding, en empresas de manufactura, empresas de Outsourcing o como headhunter.**

**Experiência reclutando posiciones sindicalizadas y trabajando con Sindicato.**

**Manejo de NOM: ISO 9001:2015 y 241, deseable conocimiento de ISO 13485, y 45001.**

**Idioma: inglés intermedio.**

**Excel intermedio.**

**Manejo de portales de trabajo en internet (OCC) y especialmente LinkedIn.**

**Deseable conocimiento de plataforma workday.**
