**Propósito**

Administrar una variedad de funciones relacionadas con el personal de administración, soporte y producción

**Responsabilidades**
- Primer contacto para preguntas y problemas relacionados con políticas, procedimientos, procesos de todo el personal
- Responsable de los expedientes del personal actual y bajas
- Recibe a los nuevos ingresos y entrega toda la documentación legal como contratos, pólizas, documentos de identidad, etc
- Procesa consultas de información especializada utilizando bases de datos de recursos humanos y ayuda con proyectos especiales según lo solicitado.
- Ayuda al Gerente del Departamento a distribuir la encuesta anual de empleados y se asegura de que todos los empleados entiendan cómo y por qué necesitan completarla.
- Ayuda con la provisión de análisis de los resultados para toda la alta gerencia.
- Coordina las actividades relacionadas con la participación de las personas y la promoción de los Valores en Acción
- Se pueden celebrar eventos específicos para promover a las personas y la cultura, y participarán en el desarrollo del evento.
- Responsable de administrar los canales de expresión de los empleados Caterpillar
- Es responsable de anticiparse a posibles conflictos internos y establecer los mecanismos de solución inmediata para prevenir conflictos mayores.
- Responsable de administrar los programas de desarrollo de talento e impulsar los perfiles identificados como alto potencial.
- Responsable de organizar y ejecutar la estrategia para sostener e incrementar la satisfacción de los empleados.
- Responsable de la estrategia para atraer y retener talento.
- Responsable de detectar las necesidades de capacitacion de personal sindicalizado y administrativo y ejecutar la estrategia para fortalecer las habilidades necesarias en el rol así como los entrenamientos requeridos divisionalmente y por las leyes locales.

**Requisitos**
- Carrera Profesional terminada (LAE, CP, Derecho, Psicopedagogía, Psicología)
- Experiência de 3-5 años en procesos de recursos humanos.
- Conocimiento de Workday (deseable)
- Manejo de Office
- Alto grado de confidencialidad
- Habilidades para poder relacionarse a todos los níveles

- Horario de Lunes a Viernes
