**Descripción**

Busca integrar a su equipo de Procurement como **CARRIER SALES-PROVEEDURIA DE TRANSPORTE**
Teniendo como **OBJETIVO **el crear y mantener un portafolio de proveedores robusto con tarifas competitivas para el cliente y que cumpla los lineamientos de la organización, basado en el presupuesto comercial para generar rentabilidad a la empresa
**Dentro de sus actividades y responsabilidades principales**
- Manejo de cartera de proveedores de todo tipo de unidades terrestres.
- Administrar y planificar la función de compra de proveeduría de transporte.
- Gestión, desarrollo y evaluación de proveedores de transporte tercerizado.
- Desarrollar y Gestionar el Plan de Incorporación y permanencia del Proveedor de transporte
- Asignar y buscar transporte de acuerdo a los requerimientos del cliente.
- Negociación de tarifas, rutas y circuitos con las líneas de transporte
- Guiar a la línea de transporte nueva durante su proceso de carga
- Seguimiento de unidades desde la carga hasta la entrega de las mismas.
- Evaluar a los proveedores periódicamente en base a servicio y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Preferente Conocimiento de exportación e importación desde o para el extranjero.
- Análisis del KPI de incidencias de proveedores
- Desarrollar y gestionar el plan de acción de desarrollo de proveeduría de transporte
- Mantener relaciones estratégicas con proveedores.
- Asegurar la capacidad de servicio total de atención al cliente interno, externo y proveedor.
**Perfil necesario**
- Escolaridad en: Licenciatura o Ingeniería Concluida//Áreas de Estudio
- Comercio Internacional, Logística o afin
- Experiência en: Conocimiento en la industria logística y/o transporte (+2 años), Compra y Negociación de tarifas con proveedores de transporte (+2 años) Planeación estratégica (+2 años), Desarrollo de planes operativos (+2 años).
- Cuentas con las competencias de: Visión Estratégica, Trabajo bajo objetivos, Toma de Decisiones, Pensamiento Sistémico, Transformación, Orientación al Cliente, Negociación, Tolerancia a la frustración.
