**THE ROLE- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Business Development Executive (BDE)** plays a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to overall revenue generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation:_
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Booking meetings for BDMs and opening doors within organisations.
- Client Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:_
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:_
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of market expansion strategies and business plans.
- Collaboration:_
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Reporting:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- CRM management.

- Previous experience of cold calling

Pay: From $14,000.00 per month
