ANALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS
**RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO**:
El generalista de recursos humanos en la planta es un jugador de equipo versátil responsable de la realizacin de una variedad de tareas administrativas de recursos humanos bajo la direccin del gerente de recursos humanos de la planta. Estas tareas incluyen procesamiento de nmina, asistencia en el reclutamiento, administracin de recompensas totales, documentacin, comunicacin y distribucin de informacin, planificacin de eventos y todas las demás tareas asignadas.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Realizar procesos de reclutamiento, entrevistas, pruebas y seleccionar miembros del equipo para cubrir puestos vacantes.
- Desarrollar soluciones de recursos humanos mediante la recopilacin y análisis de informacin; recomendar cursos de accin.
- Mejorar el desempeño del gerente y de los miembros del equipo identificando y aclarando problemas; evaluar posibles soluciones; implementar la solucin seleccionada; entrenar y asesorar a gerentes y miembros de equipos;
- Mantener los planes de desarrollo, por ejemplo, planes de capacitacin y revisiones de desempeño.
- Promover los valores fundamentales, los objetivos principales y la cultura de la empresa;
- Planifica y lleva a cabo la orientacin de los nuevos miembros del equipo para fomentar una actitud positiva hacia los objetivos de la empresa;
- Mantener y coordinar programas de reconocimiento de miembros del equipo;
- Mantener el flujo de comunicacin con respecto a informacin pertinente, como anuncios de la empresa y cambios de políticas;
- Contribuye al éxito de los recursos humanos y de la organizacin al dar la bienvenida a solicitudes nuevas, diferentes y relacionadas; ayudar a otros a lograr resultados laborales.
- Promover un ambiente de equipo y comunicaciones abiertas (por ejemplo, reuniones públicas).
- Seguir los procesos y procedimientos de Android;
- Supervisar los informes de tardanzas y ausencias; Garantizar la documentacin adecuada para los miembros del equipo con excesivas tardanzas y ausentismo.
- Prepara avisos de separacin de miembros del equipo y documentacin relacionada y realiza entrevistas de salida.
- Garantizar un procesamiento de nmina oportuno y preciso
- Administra programas de beneficios tales como seguros de vida, salud, dentales y de discapacidad, planes de pensiones, vacaciones, licencias por enfermedad, licencias y asistencia a los empleados.
- Supervise las vacaciones, los días de enfermedad y los días festivos.
- Promover la seguridad como valor personal
- Ayuda en cuestiones de seguridad de los trabajadores.
- Coordinar actividades ambientales, de salud y seguridad a través de un fuerte liderazgo y comunicacin.
- Completar proyectos especiales de recursos humanos aclarando los objetivos del proyecto; fijar horarios y horarios; realizar investigaciones; desarrollar y organizar informacin; realizar transacciones que comuniquen el estado y los problemas del proyecto; resolver inquietudes; investigar las quejas de los miembros del equipo; analizar cuestiones de tiempo y costos; preparando informes.
- Administra y mantiene registros de la participacin en planes de beneficios, como seguros y planes de pensiones, transacciones como contrataciones, ascensos, transferencias, revisiones de desempeño y despidos, y estadísticas de los miembros del equipo para informes gubernamentales.
- Prepare informacin e informes (incluidos los requeridos por el gobierno) mediante la recopilacin, el análisis y el resumen de datos y tendencias, y mantenga el conocimiento de los requisitos legales y las regulaciones de informes gubernamentales que afectan las funciones de servicios a las personas y garantice que las políticas, los procedimientos y los informes cumplan.

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:
