The Women Leaders is all about developing the next generation of industry women leaders and technical experts. The purpose of Caterpillar’s Women Leaders is to harness your ability and further develop you through rotational assignments and learning opportunities so that you may not only fulfill your career ambition but provide excellent service to Caterpillar and its customers.

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- English Conversational
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, machines, equipment and systems.
- Most have strong skills of Leadership, Teamwork, initiative and Communication
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
