**IS Hosting Technical Service Manager for Technical Platform Service**:

IS Hosting Team Lead for Technical Platform Service is accountable to deliver and to orchestrate the delivery of IS Service Line operations activities. Coordinates and supervises internal and/or external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

IS Technical Platform Lead Hosting

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads a technical specialist team that ensures the management and maintenance of global IS platform activities related to Hosting Service in IS Infrastructure Service Domain
- End-to-end accountability of the SMTP, Patching service operations
- Executes short
- plus long-term strategic plans to assure IS platform capacity attains current and future needs
- Identifies potential for improvement in the Domain Service delivery and facilitates actions in the relevant Services team to optimize the operation
- Holds the responsibility for technical assurance, improvements, and lifecycle management for platform services in scope
- Oversees any process related to 3rd party and internal IS supply related to domain service delivery and operation
- Acts as the point of escalation for IS Supply for the assigned services

**Your background**:

- BSc degree with 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services on a large scale.
- Experience as people manager, able to manage a global team consist of local and remote employees.
- Strong service management skill is a MUST (ITIL V4 certified).
- Previous experience in IaaS, Identity Access Management and Hosting service is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and can work in a complex, multicultural and global team.
- Excellent Written and Verbal English.
