**Tu rol en Baxter**:

- Soporte directo al área de marketing en la definición e implementación de estrategia de mercadeo, apoyo en la ejecución de las campañas, diseño de los mensajes clave, implementación de los materiales promocionales y planes de mercadotecnia, análisis de mercado e implementación de productos en el territorio/país(es) asignados, asignación y planeación de la demanda e inventarios de productos, análisis de tendencias y pronóstico de del mercado, e inteligencia competitiva

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**:

- Soporte en la definición e implementación de estrategia de mercadeo para la línea de negocio asignada.
- Planeación, organización ejecución y cierre de eventos con base a las políticas de Baxter México Clúster.
- Desarrollo de material promocional orientado a los profesionales de la salud para México Clúster.
- Análisis de mercado y data para generación de información, p.e tamaño de mercado, shares y porcentajes de penetración.
- Generación de Forecast, AOP y Building Blocks por código y cliente alineado con las expectativas de la gerencia de producto.
- Desarrollo e implementación de productos para los territorios asignados
- Proveer todo el soporte necesario para asegurar la ejecución necesaria en campo acorde a la estrategia definida para cada línea de negocio.
- Seguimiento y acercamiento directo con el equipo comercial para la elaboración y cumplimiento del forecast de venta
- Visión estratégica para la detección y ejecución de oportunidades en el Mercado de Nutrición.
- Relacionamiento directo con KOLs y Stakeholders del área de nutrición.
- Cumplimiento de estrategias de negocio.
- Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización
- Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento, así como prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Baxter y código de conducta
- Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitando a la política global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos, asegurando la inducción y capacitación de empleados.
- Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter en el país/clúster

**Lo que aportarás a Baxter**
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia o Administración de Empresas
- Ingeniería Industrial o Biomédica
- Licenciatura en Actuaria o Finanzas
- Experiência previa en Marketing de al menos 5 años en industria de medical devices o farma.
- Tener noción sobre industria y mercado farma/medical devices
- Análisis de información (bases de datos).
- Análisis de estrategias de negocio
- Administración y planeación de la demanda de prodcutos.
- Estrategias de Mercadeo, posicionamiento de productos y aceleración de las oportunidades
