**Descripción general**:
Responsable del desarrollo, ejecución y medición de la estrategia promocional O2O para las marcas de Essential & Skin Health, conectando las estrategias de marca con las necesidades del Trade, capitalizando los Customer Capabilities del canal de Farmacias.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de desarrollar las estrategias comerciales & Key programs O2O para-Skin (Neutrogena & Lubriderm) para garantizar el crecimiento de J&J en el canal de Farmacias, por encima del Mercado.
- Responsable de coordinar de la mano con MT “Brand Strategy” & y desarrollar “Channel Activation” para Skin & Essential Health durante el proceso de Mandala.
- Administración del presupuesto promocional: BME
- Participación en los Brand Squads como representante del canal para las marcas.
- Analizar Insights del shopper & oportunidades del canal para traducirlos en acciones rentables para el trade.
- BME Management | Champion

**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Estudios relacionados a: mercadotecnia, negocios, administración, o afín
- Pensamiento estratégico
- Entendimiento del canal Farmacias
- RGM & Finance Fundamentals,
- Comunicación asertiva
- Sentido de urgencia
- Orientacióna resultados
- Trabajo en equipo
- Experiência en empresas de consumo, con foco en SKIN CARE deseable
- 2-4 años de experiência en roles similares
