**Remote Resident Services Coordinator **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: Monthly Salary of $1,400 USD. Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (twice a month)

**Schedule**:This position works a 40-hour weekly schedule alternating Tuesday-Saturday/Monday-Friday with two Saturdays a month off and schedule flexibility for daily hours between 8am CST and 6pm CST

You are proud of your attention to detail and understand how it impacts the big picture.

You are a professional with great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. You love a collaborative team environment but can work without direct supervision. No task is too big or too small for you and you approach projects with an eye for problem solving and process management. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a requirement in dealing with resident, owner, and company information.

You have dependable internet with a computer that can be used for work. You are able to make and receive calls utilizing a VOIP line and headset or earpiece in a quiet space.

**What you will be doing**:
Current Resident Coordination - Answering and handling resident calls, handling basic resident requests, updating and maintaining digital resident files, making friendly proactive resident service calls, making calls to collect delinquent rent, maintaining property calendars and communication, coordinate move-in/move-out activities, participating in resident retention efforts, responding to daily requests from onsite property managers, daily and weekly virtual meetings with supervisor, participating in ongoing training and development to increase your success and career goals.

Maintenance Coordination - Collaborating with experienced team members to enter and track service requests and appointments, organizing and documenting property specific information, scheduling and coordinating appointments and suppliers, assisting Quality Control with preventative maintenance schedules and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous property management or high-volume customer call experience- Communication: Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
- Problem-Solving: Proficient problem-solving and quick learning abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; willingness to learn new software.
- Software Familiarity: Experience with property management software preferred.
- Technical: Reliable internet, suitable computer, and VOIP capability.
- Adaptability: Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development.
