The Role:
The Talent and Development Specialist will enable the Talent Team to deliver on our mission of excellence for personal and leadership development, culture & values and talent management through support of our key programs. This will include communication, learning management, and metrics.

- Create and deploy a monthly Talent newsletter, highlighting upcoming programs and sharing ongoing Talent activities.
- Maintain our Learning Platform including content curation as well as reporting
- Manage and optimize our Workday LMS including course creation, invite and attendee management as well as feedback collection/implementation.
- Administer our 360 & coaching programs along with metric tracking
- Create and maintain a sustainability metrics dashboard to support our corporate sustainability goals
- Create and maintain the Talent pages on our internal intranet (LogiLife)
- Support the employee engagement survey execution and results deployment
- Create and maintain resources guides around learning & development initiatives
- Facilitate communication/marketing of the training offerings calendar

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

- Experience in working with digital learning platforms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills from both a business and technical perspective.
- Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities effectively, adapt to changing. circumstances to meet strict deadlines under time constraints while taking responsibility for your own workload.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proficiency with Google suite and other presentation tools/platforms.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

- Experience with video creation and editing is a plus.
- Experience in course design for learning, in a corporate or professional setting.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in organizational psychology, instructional design, education, human resources, business, or related field.
