**Objetivo de la Posición**
- Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo, realizar las reparaciones y ajustes requeridos en los equipos productivos. (Prensas, fixtures, pokayoques,Robots, etc).
- Realizar actividades preventivas y análisis de fallo para identificar problemas repetitivos en equipos, procesos y sistemas.
**Actividades principales**
1. Ejecutar todas las reparaciones y ajustes necesarios para mantener el equipo de producción en optimas condiciones
2. Mantener limpia y organizada su área de trabajo la cual corresponde a toda el área, ej. Maquinas, Herramientas, Moldes, Equipo auxiliar, etc.
3. Es responsable de cumplir con las actividades de Rutina para mantenimiento y reparación de los equipos y las maquinas.
4. Es responsable de llenar los reportes relacionados a sus actividades de mantenimiento.
5. Es responsable del cumplimiento de los estándares de trabajo, seguimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo y de las reglas generales de conducta y cortesía dentro del área de trabajo dentro de un marco de respeto y cordialidad con todos sus compañeros.
**Requisitos necesarios**
- Formación profesional: Título de Bachillerato Técnico.
- Educación: Técnico especializado con 5 o más años de experiência
- Idioma: Inglés Nível 1 básico.
- Experiência: Electricidad, Hidráulica, Mantenimiento Correctivo, Preventivo, Predictivo, Mecánica
- Industria: Automotriz
- Conocimientos técnicos: Norma IATF 16949:2016, ISO 140001-2015/ISO 45001:2018, Herramientas estadísticas, Electronica y PLC Hidraulica, Reparación de moldes de prensas, herramentales, máquinas de costura, máquinas de corte, equipos de Welding.
