Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Step into the role of Customer Success Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer success within the NOAM territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular status reviews with Delivery and Managed Services teams.
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate on developing sales strategies.
- Track and analyze account performance.
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with a 6-week sales cycle.
- Focus on the SMB market segment.
- Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Supply Chain, or Finance sectors.
Commercial Focus:
- Enhance overall account success.
- Cultivate strategic alliances with alliance partners.
- Achieve established sales quotas and targets.
- Maintain customer retention rate within the installed base.
- Secure contracts with an average duration exceeding 6 months.
