The Specialist, Product Integration & Connectivity role is responsible for gathering, updating and verifying all aspects of data related to our client providers, vendors and items, and to coordinate with supply partners to add and maintain dynamic connectivity of inventory.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Gather, research and maintain hotel vendor content details, including, but not limited to following:

- Name
- Address and contact information including communication method to report reservations
- Amenities available at property and individual room category levels o Images appropriate to support online distribution
- Resort and other supplier fees, including clear understanding of applicability (mandatory, optional, waived) and whether or not fees are included in hotel reservation rates.
- Utilize information available from online resources, providers, vendors, ATI Team and other resources to resolve any discrepancies in data.
- Gather, research and maintain hotel room category content details for all room categories offered for sale by ATI across all applicable providers, including the following as applicable:

- Accessible
- Smoking status
- Tower
- View
- Room Type
- Bedding
- Breakfast
- Resort Fee
- Promo Code
- Amenities
- Utilize templates to convert room category data into bulk loading documents for providers with significant item counts.
- Convert tour itinerary descriptive and visual content provided by ATI Sales, Operations and Product Teams into online content and voucher text to facilitate distribution of tour product.
- Gather, research and maintain activity vendor content details, including, but not limited to following:

- Name
- Address and Phone Number
- Days and hours of operation
- Descriptions of specific activities offered including redemption instructions when purchased, inclusions and any applicable restrictions
- Images appropriate to support online distribution
- Collaborate with internal business teams, third-party distributors and supply partners to track and monitor data updates
- Develop project tracking, communicate priorities, and report on progress including determining effectiveness of initiatives
- Collaborate with internal business teams, third-party distributors and supply partners to establish new dynamic connectivity distribution and maintain existing connections
- Coordinate with Support Team to test and validate provider connections in order to confirm that inventory is ready for client distribution
- Coordinate with Sales Team and Support Team to troubleshoot and address client concerns regarding active inventory
- Coordinate with DBMS Team to ensure that all components required for distribution of internal static inventory are built as needed
- Maintaining working relationships with corresponding business contacts at various technology platforms that are used to integrate product inventory.
- Maintain open dialogue as need with Product Team, including specific Product Managers to obtain contractual details related to connectivity

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, data science, or business administration or related field a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in online content management a plus
- Hospitality and/or quality improvement experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hotel industry channel and distribution concepts
- Established proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with specific emphasis in Microsoft Excel
- Established proficiency in image management for online distribution
- Familiarity with SQL a plus
- Proactive thinker and self-starter mentality, ability to work independently, and motivation to learn new techniques, skills, and knowledge; comfortable with ambiguity, works well with limited supervision
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and prioritization; applies good judgement to manage several projects simultaneously, and seeks direction from supervisor when conflicting priorities arise
- Displays excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, asks thoughtful and relevant questions, ability to draw conclusions from data and formulate hypotheses
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, resolve, organization, communication, persistence and analytical skills in creative problem solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
