Multinational group for expansion is looking for administrator.

**Responsibilities**:
As the administrator you will be responsible for assisting with company tax compliance, audits, tax provision, and tax planning.

Manage the corporate office in Monterrey.

Ensure to do the payments to our suppliers on time.

Attention to our customers in Monterrey.

Gather data and complete calculations required to prepare tax forms, including maintenance of comprehensive tax calendar of filing obligations to ensure filing obligations are timely and accurately met. Also assist in handling related notices and audits by tax authorities.

Research and document positions taken in the tax returns, including preparation of written memoranda.

Maintain, update and enhance tax workplans and processes for compliance and financial reporting.

Monitor developments in tax law and assist in implementing changes required to comply and/or adapt to new laws/requirements.

Coach, train and mentor junior staff including interns or less experienced Tax Accountants.

Identify and report intercompany transactions for country-by-country reporting and mandatory disclosure requirements.

Coordinate with foreign tax and accounting staff to gather and review foreign entity information.

Design and monitor the internal control of the Company's accounting records.

Prepares Financial Statements of the Legal books and their connection with the monthly Corporate.

Provides information in a timely manner for the Corporate and Legal books financial analysis.

Supervise fiscal, state and federal obligations and insurance payments.

Supervise the correct accounting within the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cost (CST).

Supervise and/or prepare the analytical audit certificates, annual declaration, fiscal opinion, monthly and accumulated annual transfer prices.

Supervise electronic accounting in accordance with SAT viewers.

Ensure compliance and adherence to tax law reforms.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree - Accounting, finance or related required

CPA certification preferred

Experience within the tax field

Knowledge of pertinent tax laws, codes, and regulations

Strong analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong office and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to research and analyze a variety of information

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships

Assembly of data and preparation of reports

General Accountant

ERP knowledge

ISR, LIEPS, CFF Knowledge

Problem Solving Skills

5 years experience

Advanced English communication

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $37,000.00 per month
