Job Summary:
Chubb has an exciting job opportunity available for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. With us, you’ll serve as an administrator, partnering with product owners, demand planners, stakeholders, and external implementation partners to continue driving forward how Chubb utilizes ServiceNow throughout the enterprise. We’ve developed applications across the platform including ITSM, Security Operations, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Application Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, and custom-built applications. As our Administrator, you’ll help us to maintain and continue growing this platform company-wide. You’ll directly engage with your stakeholders and vendors, facilitating enhancements, new applications, and/or new feature requests across our application portfolio. And as we grow this platform, so too will you have opportunities to continue to grow your knowledge, not only of the ServiceNow platform but of our business and how best to align the capabilities of the platform to meet Chubb’s evolving business needs.
In this role, you will:
Safeguard uninterrupted support of services by efficiently maintaining credentials, certificates, tokens, and keys without any downtime during production hours. Implement and maintain security configurations for deployed ServiceNow modules. Create and maintain the technical documentation necessary to enforce security practices and standards specific to ServiceNow. Monitor and analyze security center logs, and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing security tools and systems. Stay informed about emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and trends related to the ServiceNow platform. Drive annual recertification of groups managed within ServiceNow. Provide on-call rotational support. Review, test, and migrate configuration for production release. Support platform integrations, patches, and upgrades. Provide configuration assistance to developers including external vendor partners. Troubleshoot issues related to security and access.Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification Experience implementing and managing security controls within ServiceNow Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM (including Discovery) and Integration Hub Experience with Customer Service Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, Security Operations, and scoped applications a plus ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus
