Desarrollar las operaciones del equipo innovando en los procesos de gestión de actividades, generando métricas que permitan obtener información relevante para la toma de decisiones, buscando en todo momento el logro de objetivos.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Será responsable de guiar al equipo para establecer objetivos, alineados con los objetivos de la entidad, estableciendo prioridades y manejando las carga de trabajo del equipo.
Desarrollarás las estrategias adecuadas para el logro de objetivos, innovando con planes de acción que aceleren el crecimiento del equipo, impulsando siempre el desarrollo del equipo apuntalando a los resultados de la empresa.
