**Responsibilities**:
**LD&T Coordinator**

**Main Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, and appointment scheduling while using transportation knowledge and logic to secure valuable appointments while validating important information for key selling points. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. This role is responsible for customer appointment scheduling, requesting and finalizing, to ensure all expectations are met.

**Accountabilities**
- Timely and accurate order entry with requesting and setting Pickup and Delivery appointments for Customers assigned
- Managing dispatch board and Customers assigned to identify how to manage the day to day needs of each customer
- Proactive shipment tracking and custom alerts for known anticipated service gaps
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
- Participate in after-hours or weekend duties as needed during peak seasons

Qualifications:

- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months

**Education/requirements**
- Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence
- Ability to manage high volumes of data integrity and maintain accuracy in the process
- Ability to learn and update brokerage transportation management system
- Willing and able to be flexible to step outside of the normal day to day scope when bandwidth allows to support additional scheduling needs or Track and Trace efforts
- Ability to operate and flourish in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team

**Non Technical Skills**
- Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, customers, OTR drivers, and dispatchers in a professional and constructive manner
- 85% External - New and existing customers and asset-based carriers
- 15% Internal - Collaboration with Leadership and Account Management team
- Effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with Vendors, Receivers, and co-workings
