**THE POSITION**

You will play a key role for our business, being part of the Utility team, in a Concierge role that will focus on answering inbound customer calls to sell clients TV, Internet, Home phone, Renters Insurance, Movers, Moving Trucks, Warranties and Security with ADT.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Answer inbound customer calls to close TV, Internet, Home phone, Renters Insurance, Movers, Moving Trucks, Warranties and Security with ADT.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives
- Navigating between multiple screens and portals for the services we sell
- Correctly recording all client information in our CRM salesforce

- Available Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend.
- Call center sales experience.
