This role is a mix of PA support to multiple colleagues, operations support and project administration & coordination. You will be working in an established team covering a variety of tasks & responsibilities.

**The Role**

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Providing high level administrative support including complex diary management, room reservation, conference, domestic and international travel, timesheet management, expense claims, telephone liaison and assisting in any other administrative related matters, as and when required.
- Co-ordinate tasks with the global team
- Maintain and understand corporate records management policies and filing standards
- Reviewing Client Contracts
- Project Administration including setting up of project codes and billing
- Uploading documents and information to our internal databases.
- Maintaining and understanding corporate records management policies and filing standards (electronic and paper)
- Preparing and distributing documents in all MS Office formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Producing Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
- Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate.
- Providing cover and support when required.

**The Requirements**
- Highly organized, monitoring and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders and a proven ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Technically capable and is highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams.
- Excellent administration skills including ability to organize and prioritize to successfully meet conflicting deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Must have a methodical approach to monitoring and managing workflow.
- Accurate typing and data entry with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Effective and confident oral and written communication skills with a pro-active approach.
- Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills with the confidence to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to follow Willis Towers Watson’s systems and processes.
- Confident dealing with numbers and spreadsheets.
