Now we are looking for this position:
**A&M Invoice Payments Analyst**
**Main Purpose**:
This position is responsible to ensure reporting of A&M expenses in line with P&P by auditing concepts, accounting and reporting.
**Accountabilities**:
Audit the following processes:
- Partner with marketing and finance to process purchase orders and submission of invoices
- Obtaining budget approval & setting up SAP IM projects
- Process A&M invoices in accordance with the company policy
- Process payments for over 100 sponsorship contracts across PBC
Support marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
**Key Skills**:
- +3 years of experience in Accounting
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Experience with SAP
- Requires attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
- Good time management skills
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
- Language skills - English fluent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
