**Responsibilities**:
**La oportunidad**
- Salvaguarda de Activos y patrimonio de la empresa
- Asegurar que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos
- Ser socios de negocio basados en el modelo de Pepsico Way

**Tu impacto**

Como Acctg Ops Assoc Analyst tus funciones constarían de
- Participa en los inventarios físicos: Mensuales de ME, MP, PT, Producción en Proceso, Maquilas; Semestrales de refacciones y bodegas externas de papa; Anuales de Flota y tarima Chep; Trianual de activos fijos de Maquinaria y equipo, Edificio y terrenos, Mobiliario y equipo de oficina y cómputo
- Asegura el cierre de las órdenes de producción; identifica y analiza las principales variaciones del costo y fórmulas
- Certifica Altas, bajas, traspasos y capitalizaciones de activos fijos
- Valida la carta ante el SAT y Certificación de destrucciones de inventarios obsoletos.
- Integra la carpeta SOX y aplica los Key Control
- Aplica, captura resultados y da seguimiento a planes de remediación de cuestionarios de GPS
- Obtiene la evidencia documentación e Integra los soportes para subir a la herramienta de Agenda de Control
- Apoya en requerimientos de auditoría PCA, Interna, KPMG y requerimientos de autoridades gubernamentales
- Elabora Conciliación, facturación, cobranza y compensación de pago por venta de subproductos
- Revisa el proceso de control de cartón
- Valida el soporte documental y elabora pólizas de reclasificación y provisiones mensuales
- Concilia e integra las cuentas de balance mensualmente, movimientos sensibles
- Analiza e integra a detalle la mano de obra, tiempo extra, MOH, WHS, OCD y fletes al cierre de mes
- Da seguimiento a incidencia de trânsitos interplantas, Intercompañías y Cedis
- Controla las Promociones, inventarios y conciliación de saldos con maquilador, cía de valores, tesorería y plantas
- Identifica oportunidades de ahorro y genera iniciativas de productividad
- Capacita a sus usuarios en las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía
- Elabora reportes de resultados para la operación, presentaciones y requerimientos especiales

Qualifications:
**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Contador Publico Titulado
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar
- Conocimientos en contabilidad general, análisis de cuentas, costos de manuf, control de inventarios y auditoría
- Dominio de paquetería Office (Excel intermedio-avanzado) y Outlook
- Conocimientos de SAP (mandatorio)
- Orientado a resultados y capacidad de análisis
- Preparación y exposición de presentaciones
- Inglés intermedio
- Manejo de agenda y disponibilidad de horario
- Trabajo en equipo y actitud de servicio
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y negociación
