**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Able to speak English in order to conduct interviews for medical positions
- Three (3) years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Thorough knowledge of recruiting components including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for a broad range of positions.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques and experience using job boards such as Indeed, Facebook and ZipRecruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all partners including senior leadership.
- Demonstrable ability to multitask and be adaptable to change.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Tried experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions.

**Preferred** Qualifications**:

- History of meeting or exceeding goals and deadlines.
- Attributes such as consistency, reliability, pro activeness, self awareness, problem solver, team player, self motivated, persistent, tenacious, patient and able to work independently.
