**Responsibilities**

**The Opportunity**

This role will be responsible for systematical identification and freeing up of inefficiencies of Advertising & Media spend in the frame of BBI Marketing Transformation project.

This includes providing A&M expertise in mapping of existing Media and A&M spending processes in the BU, leading brand deep dives with local teams, comparing A&M spending vs external and internal benchmarking, identifying inefficiencies in A&M spend, developing hypothesis for driving efficiency of A&M spend in the BU.

Together with BU Marketing team, this person co-leads development of portfolio of A&M optimisation initiatives and establishing A&M spending frameworks, processes and ways of working to ensure sustained A&M optimisation and right-sizing in the BU.

**Your Impact**

As Advertising & Media Sr. Manager your scope would consist of:

- Responsible for A&M spend process mapping and developing proposal for A&M efficiency in the frame of GBS leadership of Diagnose & Deliver stage of Marketing transformation project in NA markets 2023 - 2024.
- Work with GBS Analysts and GBS Marketing Transformation project manager in developing BU A&M spend cube from raw data.
- Provides A&M expertise in mapping of existing A&M spending processes in the BU, comparing vs external and internal benchmarking and expert set of analysis.
- Leads brand deep dives with local BU marketing teams during Marketing Transformation Diagnose stage in order to map existing processes and identify potential productivity opportunities.
- Identify above-market opportunities and channel to the right teams/functions to deliver (incl. GBS-driven opportunities).
- Maintain, further develop, and share the toolkit of proven levers/initiatives across markets.
- Provides recommendations on GBS service catalogue leverage in the BU and work with Sector GBS Design leads /Sector PMO in understanding size of the prize and resourcing requirements.
- Together with Sector Transformation Lead co-leads development of portfolio of A&M optimisation initiatives and ensures support during Deliver stage of the project.
- Defining and alignment on governance model resourcing requirements, budget, change management, risks management and decision making tracking.
- Planning activities and deliverables timelines ; set up sprint tools for Deliver stage; tracking sprints impact & progress.
- Facilitate weekly / daily meetings and reviews.
- Resolving escalations and navigation of conflict among stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Preparation for SteerCo & other internal communication, ensuring communication to A&M Productivity PMO and A&M Productivity Director.
- Co-leads development and alignment of ambitious but realistic A&M efficiency target for the BU.
- Establishes A&M spending frameworks, processes and ways of working, agency roster to ensure sustained A&M optimisation in the BU.
- Work with external consultants ensuring marketing Transformation Diagnose knowledge transfer to GBS team.

**Qualifications**

**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- 10+ years in marketing at an FMCG company; Media agency management (5+ years) is a must.
- Diverse experience across multiple operations and geographic locations (corporate, field, cross functional, developed and emerging markets).
- Proven track record in managing large scale marketing spends optimisation, developing new policies and ways of working.
- Knowledge of PepsiCo A&M processes, agency landscape and spend is preferable.
- Understanding of Marketing Procurement process is a plus.
- Building internal capability and processes from scratch.
- Supporting others’ professional growth by providing valuable feedback, coaching, and leveraging more formal development tools and processes.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English language.
