HR Location Specialist

Tasks
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the services offered in the company such as: dining room, transportation, uniforms, etc. and manage the budget related to them. Measure user satisfaction to develop action plans. Provide support to HRBPs related to service and labor relations issues
- Manage and keep on tracking the plant services budget (canteen, transportation, uniforms).
- Generate KPI's to measure the satisfaction of the plant services (canteen, transportation, uniforms) and develop actions plans according to their results.
- Coordinate the delivery of uniforms for all the employees.
- Attend all the different requirements of the employees and evaluate its viability, regarding services.
- Responsible of the creation of purchase orders of the department to guarantee the services. - Execute the labor relation termination payment, unforced and forced, for the employees and services - Provide induction courses in labor matters.
- To keep update the record file regarding of the disciplinary process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in transportation and/or dining services.
- Excel
- B2 English
