**What you will bring to the team**

**What you will be doing**:

- Manages the current LATAM talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans, i.e. identify and implement “best practices” and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes regionally. Manages global vendor relationships.
- Manages and develops talent acquisition capability within the organization by hiring, training, and mentoring team members within a global, fast-paced, distributed environment, in the recruitment, onboarding and contingent workforce mgmt. areas.
- Develop robust metrics and reporting to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness. Focusing on continuous improvement. Manages a workforce/staffing planning process that projects the future skill and capability requirements for the company; brings market knowledge to bear on competitive external talent trends.

**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience building, growing and managing successful recruiting programs in a regional environment
- The ability to balance the strategic with the practical, hands on management implementing and driving execution
- Strong metrics orientation with a track record of driving performance and evaluating the ROI of Talent Acquisition plans
- Experience creating recruitment strategies that support workforce/ skills needs in a rapidly changing technology environment.
- Successful Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Demonstrated business acumen for managing diverse staff and global third-party vendors
- Executive Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills, and ability to work with people at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating, selecting and implementing Recruitment solutions.
- Industry experience in a global software/hardware technology organization
- Prior experience with social media recruiting methods
- Prior experience handling contractors and contract recruitment
- Prior experience managing university relationships.
- Prior experience in creating recruitment metrics
