Somos Selection Book, una consultora de Head Hunting y estamos buscando un Strategic Brand Planner Sr. para una agencia de marketing y por motivos de la llegada de nuevos clientes esta creciendo su equipo.

Nuestro cliente es una AGencia que tiene alcance LatAm y esta especializada en el desarrollo y gestión de marcas. Trabaja con clientes en sectores diversos como tecnología, consumo, y retail, ofreciendo soluciones integrales de marketing y publicidad.

**Responsabilidades del puesto Strategic Brand Planner Senior**:
El Strategic Brand Planner Senior será responsable de liderar la creación de estrategias de marca innovadoras y efectivas para nuestros clientes. Este rol requiere una combinación de pensamiento analítico y creativo para impulsar el desarrollo de la marca y asegurar un posicionamiento óptimo en el mercado.

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marca alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.

Realizar investigación de mercado y análisis competitivo para identificar oportunidades de marca.

Colaborar con equipos creativos y de marketing para asegurar la cohesión de la estrategia de marca.

Presentar y defender estrategias de marca ante clientes y partes interesadas.

Monitorear el rendimiento de la marca y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.

**Requisitos del puesto**:
Educación Universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o campos relacionados.

Experiência previa mínima de 5 años en planificación de marcas o estrategia de marketing.

Conocimientos avanzados en técnicas de investigación de mercado.

Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples clientes y proyectos simultáneamente.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

Dominio del español y conocimientos avanzados de inglés.
