**What Will You Do?**

We are looking for self-driven experienced leader in Procurement in with a proven track record of management, processes implementation and improvement, able to work in fast-growing, agile environment, taking ownership and leadership in different workstreams and collaborate with teams across the world.

You will be leading TSA exit and execute Procurement scope, redesign & shift on-time. After exiting, the project manager will support the digital and process area to shape the future processes, maximizing the ability of newly created function to deliver in-line with a balanced value proposition, driving procurement process excellence. You will be responsible for working with the cross-functional and global operations teams to drive process improvement and business performance in support of the E2E S2C Process. You will work closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team and the TSA leadership team and engage with functions across Kenvue to achieve business objectives and financial goals.

In this role you will partner with Procurement Transformation team in implementing our new digital strategy, support transition from current tools and workflows to our new systems landscape and best-in-class processes towards a leaner and efficient Procurement. You will support better and faster functional decision making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead remaining TSA S2C exit globally in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ensure seamless execution and exit on-time for S2C TSAs globally.
- Measure performance of the global procurement processes
- Responsible for governing solution readiness, milestone tracking for exit and scaled appropriately to balance optimizing while stabilising operations
- Collaborate with operations team on TSA Exit goals and enable optimization into future model
- Drive regional TSA operational performance metric, reporting and driving actionable insights with category leaders
- Lead strategic projects assigned and secure a good program is in place to deliver the goals of the company transition and transformation.
- Proactively understand all projects in detail, changes and impact and propose methodology, action plan and activities to secure proper tracking, delivery and cross project collaboration
- Prepare and present to leadership team Program tracking, activities and decisions needed to secure projects needs and deliverables.
- Streamline Procurement processes, identify changes required to reach the digital end state in an accelerated way. Drive continuous improvement and support the agreed changes.
- Establish proper communications channels regarding global procurement processes, sourcing guidelines, systems workflows changes
- Communicate, educate, coach and support extended procurement team towards new process, tools and systems.
- Liaison with Regional Kenvue business leads, Procurement lead and J&J GS regional operations for decision making, escalation and driving TSA exit goals
- Lead transformation in partnership with leads to desired end state for S2C new operating model
- Manage TSA exit financial and operational goals for Procurement
- Partner with procurement leaders to design new services offering in respective regions
- Lead creation of documentation/Knowledge transfer and Change communication as well as Testing/Hypercare
- Participate in Technology build (one S4, and other procurement tools such as Ariba)
- Responsible for the seamless integration of a robust external content enablement design as part of the end-to-end Source to Pay process design, specifically ensuring the Sourcing design, processes and integrations are in place
- Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
